As a very rough guideline, our charges and terms are as follows:
         

  • Our minimum hourly charge starts at £8 - £10 per hour for basic administrative tasks
  • Our minimum hourly charge starts at £12 - £15 per hour for basic word processing and secretarial services
  • For all other work including marketing, PR and event management, please telephone us to discuss
  • Our minimum charge is for one hour's work and thereafter per half hour unless otherwise quoted
  • Our hourly rate increases depending on the complexity and type of the work and written quotations are provided following detailed discussion with the prospective client and prior to commencement of any contract
  • Payment for work falls due immediately upon completion of contract unless otherwise agreed.  In some cases interim payments may be required if a contract is long term
  • Client additions and alterations to work are charged by the quarter hour pro rata to the agreed hourly rate
  • Fixed monthly charges can be negotiated for regular work and discounts may be offered for ongoing and regular work
  • Stationery, faxing, email, copying, telephone, postage and courier costs will be charged at cost unless otherwise agreed at the point of quotation
  • We reserve the right to vary or add to these terms and conditions as they are intended as a guideline only
  • Urgent deadlines may incur surcharges
